Dibs allows you to send shipment-related emails to your customers manually. In this guide, letβs look at how to send these emails.
Shipment update email
The shipment update email is used to share tracking information and the shipping status of the product. Here are the steps on how to send it.
In the left panel, click Orders and select the orders you want to send the email to. Then, click Send shipment email.

Choose Shipment update and enter the message you want to share with your customers.
Click Send shipment email to send the email.

Shipment delay email
In some cases, you may not be able to ship a product on the estimated delivery date. To keep customers informed about such delays, you can send a shipment delay email.
After selecting the order ID, click Send shipment email. Choose Shipment delay.
Select the delayed delivery date in the field provided.

Dibs will automatically generate the email content and show a preview. Review it, then click Send shipment email to notify your customers.
