1. In the Dibs Orders dashboard, you’ll see a banner to enable customer order cancellation. This step is optional — you can skip it by clicking Skip.
2. If you’d like to allow customers to cancel their preorders or backorders, click Add to Editor in the banner to proceed.

3. You’ll be redirected to the Order Status Page.
4. Click the “+” button to add the Customer order cancellation block, and select the Orders and Order Status option.

5. Once its added, press Save.

6. Go back to the Dibs app home screen and refresh the page.
That's it. You have successfully enabled order cancellation on Dibs.
7. Once ‘Customer order cancellation’ is enabled, the customer will see a ‘Cancel Order’ button when they log in to their account on your Shopify store.
