Cancellation Policy is Shopify's built-in behavior for all products that use selling plans, including preorders, backorders, and subscriptions. Shopify lets you customize this text to match your store's specific policy. Follow the steps below to update it.
Where the Cancellation Policy Appears
Once a product is associated with a Dibs preorder plan, Shopify automatically displays the Cancellation Policy popup along with the Buyer Consent on the product, cart, and checkout pages.

This consent text reads something like: "This item is a deferred, subscription, or recurring purchase. By continuing, I agree to the cancellation policy and authorize you to charge my payment method at the prices, frequency and dates listed on this page until my order is fulfilled or I cancel, if permitted."
To update this buyer consent: refer to this guide.
When you click the Cancellation Policy link, a popup that displays information about products purchased with preorders and subscriptions.
